Hey there, folks! We’ve got some thrilling news to share with you; New Era Community Projects is embarking on an exciting allotment food-growing venture at Hook Road Allotments! Our goal is simple but oh-so-important; we want to involve families in growing their own healthy veggies, with a special focus on getting the kids excited about preparing meals and embracing sustainability.
Leading the charge is our fantastic director, Bob, who’s all fired up to make this project a smashing success. We’ve already made some fantastic progress in prepping the grounds and getting seedlings ready. Potatoes, asparagus, strawberries, and more are on the menu this year and beyond.

Picture this; families rolling up their sleeves and getting hands-on with growing their very own veggies. Not only will they get to take home a bounty of nutritious produce, completely free of charge, but we’ll also be teaching the kiddos valuable meal preparation skills and the importance of sustainable living.
